Guadalupe “Lupe” has practices in the areas of estate planning, corporate tax planning, business succession planning, estate, and trust administration, entity formation, and estate and gift tax audits for more than 40 years.

Education: Arizona State University (B.S. in accounting, 1970; J.D., 1975). Certified Public Accountant, Arizona, 1972. Admitted to the bar, 1975.

Major Awards and Honors: AV Rated AV-rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, 1984; selected as one of the top 100 Women & Minority Lawyers of the 20th Century by the Maricopa County Bar Association and the Arizona State Bar; 2018 ASU Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law Legal Hero; 2019 ASU Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law alumni of the Year; inducted into the ASU W. P. Carey School of Business Hall of Fame in 2020.
