Entities) and drafting of Operating Agreements, Minutes, and Bylaws; Buy/Sell Agreements; Settlement Agreements; Mediation/Arbitration; and Estate Planning including Will and Trust Instruments including Durable General Power of Attorney and Medical Powers. I am also Licensed to practice law in Utah.
